This section offers recommendations for how to bring a queer and feminist approach to implementing each of the four pillars of WPS (prevention, participation, protection, relief and recovery). This broader approach allows for more transformative visions for gender, peace and security.

Our suggestions for queering the four pillars are not only for gender advisors and others with specific WPS roles, they're for all peace and security policy makers and practitioners.
