Welcome

Here's how to contact us for any help you may need:

Our Central Supporter Engagement Team can help you with any queries your church or group might have about supporting Christian Aid.  You can contact the team on wales@christian-aid.org, by calling 029 2084 4646 or by writing to the national office at our new address of Tabernacle Chapel, 81 Merthyr Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 1DD.

Our offices in Bangor and Carmarthen have closed and our Church Engagement and Fundraising Officers now work from home across Wales.  Please note that the Wales office in Cardiff is not always open to visitors during working hours due to staff hybrid home-working, so we recommend calling before planning a visit.

Donations - Important information

Please contact our Wales Supporter Engagement Team for advice on paying in donations.*

* Please note that any cheques received in the Wales office are forwarded to our HQ in London for processing so we encourage you to send your cheques directly to Christian Aid, 35-41 Lower Marsh, London SE1 7RL to reduce delays.
