Our Head of Scotland, Val Brown, will discuss ‘The Unstoppable Power of Hope: Christian Aid at 80’ on Sunday 14 September 2025 (7-8pm), as part of Morningside Church’s autumn lecture series.

This year’s lecture series is entitled 'Ecology matters - wellbeing of creation & humanity' and will also see contributions from Dr Michael Robinson OBE who will discuss 'Ecology, The Climate and the Need for Action' on 7 September, and Professor David Farrier, who will discuss 'Nature's Genuis: Evolution's Lessons for a Changing Planet' on 21 September.

Please come along and hear more about Christian Aid’s work on the 14th September 7-8pm (refreshments available from 6.30pm). You can join in person, at Morningside Church, Cluny Gardens, Edinburgh, or via livestream through the church's website.

Entry is free and donations are welcome at the door.
