Martha, a nurse and mother in Sierra Leone, has dedicated her career to support women in her community.
When Martha began working at a dilapidated Health Centre in 2015, the roof was in such disrepair that the mothers were left drenched in water during childbirth. On weeks when the Centre was broken into, they had limited drugs to go around.
