Ewyllys Da | Faith Will is a unique ecumenical campaign that aims to increase conversations about gifts in Wills.
Your faith is powerful. So is your Will.
Since launching in 2023, the campaign has grown and grown. We’re pleased to be able to offer it to churches in Wales from autumn 2025 with our church partners – the Church in Wales, the Presbyterian Church of Wales and the Union of Welsh Independents – joining the movement with the Church of England, the Church of Scotland, the Quakers and the United Reformed Church.
We all leave a legacy in the world, through the lives we’ve touched, the causes we’ve supported, and the actions we’ve taken.
Ewyllys Da | Faith Will focusses on a particular type of gift – a legacy or gifts in Wills. These special gifts are a powerful way to sustain the witness of our local church or Quaker meeting, and to support Christian Aid’s work.
But we know it can be hard to get the legacy conversation started. That’s why Christian Aid and our church partners have created this unique ecumenical legacies campaign.
Gifts in Wills gifts are a lasting way to bless both your church family and our global neighbours.
Creating lasting change - near and far
Gifts in Wills gifts are a lasting way to bless both your church family and our global neighbours.
Keeping faith alive
Ewyllys Da | Faith Will encourages congregations from any denomination to explore free resources to use in services, meetings and get togethers where we can talk about the power of gifts in Wills and how people’s generosity can help create powerful and lasting change in their communities and around the world.

By leaving a gift to Christian Aid in my Will, I hope that I will be extending what I've been doing throughout my life, after my death. I've always supported the work of Christian Aid because it is a charity that puts into action Jesus’ message to us to be on the side of the poor and the weak in our world and to put into action justice and righteousness throughout the world.
Resources for churches include a short bilingual film, bilingual leaflets for congregations, and a worship guide available in Welsh and English.
Why not invite a Christian Aid speaker to your service or event and explore how legacy giving can make a lasting difference?
